PROCESS AND COSTS
Step 1: Prior to the initial appointment patient is provided with a Patient Allergy History questionnaire. The questionnaire is reviewed by one of our medical providers to determine the need for allergy testing. Should testing be required, our office will send the patient a lab order for testing to be completed prior to the first visit. The first visit must be paid for upon booking the appointment.
Step 2: At the initial visit, the medical provider will review the patient’s labs and order customized allergy drops (if necessary and appropriate). The drops prescription is filled in our office.
Step 3: Initial drops are administered in the office and the patient is monitored for 20 to 30 minutes. The patient is taught how to self-administer and receives education materials.
Step 4: Allergy drops are shipped to patient’s home monthly along with a follow up allergy questionnaire.
Step 5: The patient returns in two months for follow up visit for possible dosage changes. Subsequent visits are required every 3 months (for the first year), then every 6 months thereafter.
Initial visit: $225
Follow up visits: $140
Allergy Drop Cost: $50 per month plus shipping (must have auto-ship set up with credit card on file).
Depending on visit frequency (for Hormone, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue patients ONLY), some allergy visits may be able to be incorporated into current Hormone, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue appointments.
